Fair Girls is a non-profit in Washington, D.C. organization that serves teen survivors of human trafficking. Fair Girls was featured on the OWN network documentary series, “Our America” by Lisa Ling, highlighting the work of the organization. Ms. Kiondra Broadway joined the Fair Girls team 2012 and served as an Operations Fellow who led up the Stop the Backpage Campaign, secured in-kind donations, and partnered with the economic empowerment program, Jewel Girls, where the clients made handmade jewelry and sold them for income. Ms. Broadway’s duties help expand the equity landscape for the clients of the organization.
