Ms. Kiondra Broadway is an Atlanta native who has led global diversity initiatives, including 4 regions in Asia, 2 regions in the States.  She has a bachelor’s Social Work from Georgia State University and a Master of Public Administration from American University. Ms. Broadway also have credentials as a DEI professional from the University of Florida, Equal Opportunity counselor from Equal Employment Office Commission, Title IX investigator from Association of Title IX Administrator, Master Resiliency trainer from Yokota Air Base, Therapeutic Arts Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy, and True Colors facilitator from True Colors International.

Through Vantage Point Society, Ms. Broadway looks offers clients foundational tools in building an infrastructure that meets the needs of all internal and external stakeholders. Her philosophy for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is that the cultural success of any institution takes ethical and collective commitment among all members of the organization (leadership, staff, and customers alike). Ms. Broadway’s models her philosophy after an African proverb, “if you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together.”

    The Capitol in Atlanta, GA hosted its first “Legislative Day” where Ms. Kiondra Broadway escorted clients from the Elks Aidmore Childrens Center to advocate for a house bill that impacts future. Ms. Broadway was featured in the Georgia State University newsletter for efforts.

    Fair Girls is a non-profit in Washington, D.C. organization that serves teen survivors of human trafficking. Fair Girls was featured on the OWN network documentary series, “Our America” by Lisa Ling, highlighting the work of the organization. Ms. Kiondra Broadway joined the Fair Girls team 2012.
